Due to our client’s business expansion, we are currently looking to fill out the position of Customer Care Specialist.

Customer Care Specialist is responsible for analyzing, processing, and structuring large sets of data in specialized software for the needs of various corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

Data input into a specialized database management system in accordance with clients' inquiries.
Placing clients’ orders in specialized databases.
Processing clients’ requests and complaints in specialized databases.
Analyzing and structuring clients’ information with help of specialized databases.
Providing Company clients with all necessary information about services, prices, procedures, and discounts.
Requirements:

Pre-advanced level of English (B1-B2)
Logical set of mind
Stress resistance
